Everyone in this world encounters uncomfortable situations where we feel bare and uncovered. When we become aware of this, we can transform our feelings of vulnerability into something more positive – a shared sense of understanding of other people. Such a realisation allows us to see that others are often not out to intentionally hurt us and that if they are, they are likely responding to something that harmed them. Developing this feeling of empathy toward other people today will make you feel calmer and give you the strength to express your ideas to others with greater confidence and sensitivity.
